Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the GridironPlan mobile app and website (“the App”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use GridironPlan

GridironPlan is intended for football coaches and team staff who are adults (18 or older). You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, and for having appropriate authorization to enter information about players and their parents/guardians on your roster.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the practice plans, roster data, drills, and other content you create in the App (“your content”). You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to operate and provide the App to you.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to store information you're not authorized to collect, to harass or harm others, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

5. Team data and coach responsibility

Coaches who create or manage a team are responsible for the roster and contact information they enter, including obtaining any consent required from parents, guardians, or their league before entering information about players. GridironPlan is a tool for organizing that information — you are responsible for how it's used and shared outside the App (for example, via the Email Roster feature, which uses your own device's email client).

6. Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We'll do our best to avoid disrupting your existing data when we do.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. GridironPlan is a planning and organizational tool and is not a substitute for your own judgment regarding player safety, league rules, or applicable law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GridironPlan and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to these Terms

If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above.
